This website was started in August 2002 to provide information about the problems in Sri Chinmoy Centre, past and present. By doing so we would provide support for those who have left or are thinking of leaving. 

It is our belief that by denying, ignoring or rationalizing Sri Chinmoy's sexual abuse of his followers perpetuates that abuse and prohibits healing. The SCC continues to deny that any sexual abuse happened. Others who have left the Sri Chinmoy Centre, and or support Sri Chinmoy admit that the sexual abuse has happened but either support it or minimize it.

It is our belief that by talking about and sharing our truth we can help ourselves deal with the process of healing. In addition, we hope that the material here will help those who are thinking of leaving. There is much in the Sri Chinmoy Centre that is kept secret. It is our desire to make the truth public, for all to see. 

We are providing these pages as both a resource center and as a place to share all of our stories. You'll find many of the published testimonials related to the Sri Chinmoy Centre, links to the Yahoo discussion group, and personal stories from people like yourself.
